ACTIVATE De-escalate

(a) de-escalate means to reduce the intensity of (a conflict or potentially violent situation).

So, in simple terms it means “A & B are neither RIGHT nor WRONG and we can ONLY PRAY for them both”.

(b) escalate means to make something more intense or serious.

So, in simple terms it means “A is RIGHT & B is WRONG or B is RIGHT & A is WRONG”.
Here is the EFFECT of your ACTION - You’ve not contributed in SOLVING the CURRENT PROBLEM(S), BUT you have SUCCESSFULLY CREATED ANOTHER SET(S) OF PROBLEM(S) in your immediate Community.

If you find yourself in category (b) above, you should give yourself a beautiful hug! 🤣, I now understand why you don’t smile 😂

So in summary, neither A nor B is RIGHT or WRONG, you can ONLY PRAY for them both.

Africa Code Week 2017

Over the next 25 years, Africa’s working-age population will double to one billion, exceeding that of China and India. In the meantime, the digital skills gap is widening: while coding has the power to put millions of young Africans on the path to successful careers and empower them to build sustainable growth, companies in Africa are currently struggling to hire enough qualified IT talent. So the question is not whether a full life cycle of skills support for young people in Africa needs to be created, but when. Africa Code Week says: NOW.
